Saudi Neonatal Resuscitation Program (SNRP) Course Online

The Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is an educational program jointly sponsored with the American Heart Association (AHA).

The course has been designed to teach an evidence-based approach to resuscitation of the newborn to hospital staff who care for newborns at the time of delivery, including physicians, nurses and respiratory therapists. 

  • All NRP course participants should take and pass the online examination.

  • Completion certificates must be presented to the Postgraduate Training Center prior to attending the clinical evaluation / NRP Live course.

 Recommended procedure to complete the course:

  • Two months before the course, register for the course; study the 6th edition provider manual (self-learning)
  • One month before the course, take the online examination by going to www.aap/nrp/exam/; access code will be emailed 30 days before the course where you have 14 days to complete the online examination. Physicians, NICU, Labor and Delivery Nurses should take all nine (9) lessons. For others, in accordance to AAP requirements.
  • On the date of the course, come on time; submit / bring the online completion certificate on or before the NRP Live course.
