Basic Medication Safety (BMS) Course Online

Since this a mandatory course for employment with the Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs, initial certification is required to be "Live Lectures" and Recertification will be every two (2) years, which may be provided in an "E-Learning format."

  • BMS Online course is intended for healthcare providers who wish to re-certify.

  • The student does not have to be in a classroom or training center to complete the course.

  • The requirement is to have a computer with Internet access.

  • Participants must complete the examination and obtain the passing score of 80% in order to receive a Certificate with one (1) CME hour.

  • The BMS Online examination are timed consisting of 20 items, results are instantly marked. Questions marked as wrong are explained and provided with the right answers including reference guides.

  • BMS Online result is valid for 30 days.

  • Upon completion of the examination, please visit the Postgraduate Training Center to claim your certificate, which will be available 5 days after taking the online course.

  • If you do not pass the examination, you must obtain a schedule for a "Live" lecture.

 

Your BMS Online access is available for two (2) years, to allow you to review the training materials.

 

This course does not replace the traditional classroom course; many healthcare practitioners find the instructor-led course more convenient for their learning style. However, this new format serves as an additional tool to meet the needs of other healthcare practitioners who have limited time availability.
